01 Introduction

• You must be at least 18 years of age. aoju88 does not permit registration or use of any part of the platform by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of aoju88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from aoju88 or have had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on aoju88. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or with the assistance of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in the closure of your account and any associated balances being voided.

• Your account password must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact aoju88 support immediately.
• Account credentials cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person for any reason.
• aoju88 may require identity verification documents (such as a CNIC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform.

04 Deposits

All deposits on aoju88 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit in your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your aoju88 account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance after a reasonable period, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

• aoju88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You must only deposit from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from a payment method that does not match the name on your aoju88 account may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on aoju88 are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Bank Transfer. Withdrawals to the same method used for your most recent deposit are generally preferred for security verification purposes.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, aoju88 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC or other acceptable identification document. This is a standard verification step and is not unique to your account.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the aoju88 payments team before processing. Processing times vary by method but are generally completed within the timeframe displayed at the point of request.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held if there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, a pending identity verification, or a security review in progress.
• aoju88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal as part of standard security and fraud prevention procedures.

• Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

07 Sports Betting Rules

aoju88 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across a wide range of sports, with primary focus on Cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals, Test matches, and One-Day fixtures), Football, and Esports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for that sport or competition. For Cricket, the governing body is the relevant cricket board (PCB for domestic Pakistan fixtures, ICC for international events).
• Bets placed on an event that has already started at the time of placement — other than specifically designated live in-play markets — will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on any market, aoju88 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price and settle at the correct price, or to cancel the market entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may differ between pre-match and in-play markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.

08 Slots & Fish Games

Slots and Fish Games on aoju88 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is independently generated and is not influenced by previous results, account history, or deposit amounts. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each Slots title is published within the game information panel.

• Technical malfunctions — including server errors, disconnections during a game round, or display errors — void all associated play for that round. Stakes affected by a verified technical fault will be returned to the player's account balance.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at any point during registration or verification.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward aoju88 support staff or other users of the platform.
